In case of breakdowns or warranty requests regarding Avalon E-bikes, we kindly ask you to create a new service ticket and fill in all requested information. You may add an attachment to a ticket to clarify matters.
Incomplete service tickets will cause a delay in processing the breakdown or warranty request.
