and fill it in completely. Add the fully completed return form to the goods to be dispatched and send it to

If we deliver your order with our own transport, you can also give the returned goods together with the return form in a sealed box to one of our drivers.
An incompletely filled in return form leads to unnecessary delays in the processing of your returns.
