The Inno-Lock threadlocking program consists of anaerobic threadlocking products developed in three different strengths (Medium, Strong, and Extra-Strong) using the latest technology in this field. Inno-Lock is ideally suited for securing threads where subsequent disassembly is possible, as well as for permanently securing bolts and studs with large diameters and pitches. Additionally, Inno-Lock can be perfectly applied to securing brake discs, brake calipers, drive shafts, and control arms.
Inno-Lock offers a reliable connection without the use of primers and/or activators and can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, galvanized or untreated. The product prevents vibration-sensitive parts from loosening, often rendering the use of spring washers and lock nuts unnecessary. Additional benefits include the fact that the product also seals and helps prevent corrosion.
Inno-Lock is available in three different strengths. Each of these three versions has its own area of ??application and is clearly identifiable by the color of the label.
Inno-Lock Medium (Blue)
Provides medium-strength locking and is used instead of a self-locking nut. Resistant to shocks and vibrations for thread thicknesses up to 6 mm. Easy to disassemble (loosening torque: 13-22 Nm).
